Yamazaki - Japanese Tea House & Pastry Shop

Here is the dilemma: do you prefer French or Japanese cakes? Well, you don't have to choose! In the 16th arrondissement of Paris, you can head to Yamazaki bakery and indulge in a fusion of both French and Japanese pastries and cakes!

When I run my Art Nouveau tour in that area, it is always a good opportunity to stop by this pastry shop and recently I had a cake with spongy layers (like angel cake), matcha cream and strawberries... Yummy! It was a fairly decent sized cake, yet it didn't last long either!
