Café Isaka - Fried Ice Cream

Ice cream anybody? How about Japanese fried ice cream? I am not kidding you! I've had this years ago in my New York years so when I heard there was a new place in Paris offering this recipe, I had to try it!

My friend and I really enjoyed Café Isaka. She had the matcha version, I tried the "white rabbit candy" which tastes like sweet concentrated milk and came with popcorn!

Café Isaka is located on Rue Thérèse in the first arrondissement, in the area known as "Little Japan" due to its concentration of Japanese restaurants and boutiques. Gochisosama deshita!
